World Bank Group Enterprise Surveys

Kapa Research Consulting S.A. contracted Indago to collect the data among enterprises in Macedonia for the World Bank Group Enterprise Survey via face-to-face interviews. The purpose of the project is benchmarking/tracking business environment indicators, measuring effects of reforms on specific firm-level performance indicators, assessing resource efficiency indicators and constraints to private-sector growth, as well as evaluating climate change adaptation and mitigation levels in North Macedonia. This survey was conducted in accordance with the research methodology of the World Bank Enterprise Surveys. As a result, this survey provide the policy community with high-quality quantitative information as a basis for stimulating dialogue on business environment and for enhancing the global reform agenda.
Business owners and top managers in 354 firms were interviewed from April, 2023 through December, 2023.
